I lost 16.5 lbs in 21 days on this diet before I even started to exercise. And no, it isn't "water weight" because I'm consuming over 80oz of water PER DAY! Not good enough? Well another WL4I dieter has been on the program for 3.5 months and lost 41 lbs. Still water weight? I don't think so. No pills, no gimmicks, no flying to foreign countries to get the food. It's good ole fashioned turkey, chicken, fish, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, fruits, vegetables, nuts and even the occasional hotdog, sandwich, hamburger and fat free Cool Whip thrown in for good measure. Top that off with 80 oz of water everyday and I can't really imagine a better diet.

I started the weightloss4idiot diet on march 6th the 1st 11 days I lost 6lbs., the next 11 days I lost 6lbs. I'm on day 4 of this 11 day cycle and I've lost 2lbs. You get fruits and vegetables along with chicken, roast, tuna...you get to choose what you like with the diet generator. I haven't had any trouble sticking to this diet plan.

 I'm taking the plunge today! I paid the $27 a couple of weeks ago but I travel quite a bit (for work) and this is the 1st time I'll actually be home to prepare my meals. I've read everyone's comments and greatly appreciate them. I'd LOVE to drop about 25 lbs...so I'll be back at the end of 11 days to share my results! Thanks again all!

The food was great and the fact that you got a choice was a bonus, all for the princely sum of one trip to Weightwatchers.... I have dropped a dress size in the fist eleven days and will continue for another 11. PLEEEEZE remember all you knockers that it is only for 11 days and if you don't learn anything after that you deserve the title !!!!

I bought this diet yesterday and today is my first day on. I am very excited about it as I have tried so many diets and programs that just dont seem to work for me. I found it funny that people were offended by the term idiot in the diet title. If you read what the diet is about, you can see that it is idiot proof in that it tells you what to eat. With other diets that tell you to eat a "sensible meal", Like what?

This takes all the guess work out for you. I also found it funny that the reviews at the begining were comparing it to a low carb diet, which it does also not seem to be. There are carbs in the diet and fruit and vegetables. In reality I picked a bad week to start the plan, but did not want to delay any longer (I have a party/lunch that I have to attend this weekend which falls on my fruit and veggie day. I am hoping that there will be salad there as I dont want to cheat)> Someone else had posted the question of what do you do for your 3 days off? I dont plan on going hog wild or anything but would like some idea of what other people have done. Any help would be great. I will post my progress at the end of the 11 days. :-)

 I've been following the diet4idiots for 2 days and have lost 5 pounds. I eat until satified and am finding this an easy diet to follow. I also am not sure what I will do once I've completed the 11 day cycle. Before this, I was following the Weightwatchers point system (25 points per day). I found myself remaining at the same weight regardless of exercise/diet. The diet4idiots seems to have ended the plateau and I'm once again losing some of the weight.

 HI - I did this diet for about 2 months and lost 20 lbs (I'm about to restart it on Monday) It was the easiest diet I've ever done - although the food DOES get repititious, I needed a little break....don't worry about your cheat days, eat normally, it's important in order to "trick" your metabolism and start losing again the next cycle, yes, you'll gain back a couple pounds during those cheat days, but it's just water weight,it's gone again after a couple days back on the diet.

The closer you get to your goal wieght, the slower the weight comes off, but for me, it did keep coming off just varied (8lbs, then 2, then 5, then 3...)there WAS a support forum on this sight which was AWSOME - lots of people on the diet sharing experiences, tips, recipies, unfortunately, someone ruined it for the rest of us and Jim was forced to chut it down.....


I definately recommend this diet to everyone who asks me what I did to lose so much!

 I bought the diet today as I have already been on a diet for a week (lost 6lbs on my own) and wanted to add some spice to what I was already doing. The information is straight forward and to the point about dieting and excersizing.... there is no magic cure. I was sceptical though about the 9lbs in 11days but for 27.00 what the heck. I just got done cooking my meals for tomorrow and I am actually very excited about getting started but a little nervous as I want to be sure not to over eat. I will follow this plan strictly for the next 11 days and let you know how it goes.

This is my 11th day on the program and I've lost 10lbs. I am a little nervous about going off for three days but I will be conscience of my food choices. I feel great and love the simplicity of it all. I don't have the sweet cravings or a desire to cheat. I am thankful for that since I have to cook for a family of 7. I never thought it would work! I tried it and the first 11 days I lost 10lbs! It's amazing.. I am now starting another 11day session! I started at 302lbs and now 292lbs as 16th July 2006. My goal is to reach 180lbs ! I am 5ft 4" and 30 years old. I live in st.lucia in the caribbean and this is the first diet I found that I could actually get the foods I needed here. The water (10 glasses a day) seemed easy but when you start it's like "how am I going to drink all this water". For anyone who has given up on losing weight, you have to try this diet to give you the motivation and urge you to make the change. Just email me I want to talk to others going thru this diet !

Results Finally! I'm currently trying to lose enough weight to join the Army and let me just say that this diet has helped so much. I have been stuck at 150lbs for as long as I can remember, but thanks to this diet, I'll be shipping out to serve my country by the middle to end of this summer! The diet gets kind of boring, but it does work. You end up eating the same things and I tend to get sick of the food after a while. But...the weight does come off.

 So far so Good... I have been on this diet for only 4 days and have lost 4 pounds. No cravings and while it is somewhat boring, I find it easy to be told what to eat as it takes out the guesswork. I am not going to weigh in again for another week, but then I will post my results. I am 26 y/o, 5'8, 168 and am getting married in November and looking to get down to 150 if not less! Well, this is my second attempt at it, but the first time I was on it, I lost 7 pounds, and I was only on it for 6 days! The foods do get boring, but you have to be somewhat creative with it. I just hope I can go the full 11 days this time!

 No Cravings... I am simply "amazed." If a person has their mind made up to "do it, and if they drink their water, listen to their stomachs (quit just before full), this diet is the EASIEST, most USER-FRIENDLY, SATISFYING diet I have done in a long, long time. It works!!!

To eat soya meat is difficult because I don't know where to buy it in the UK; I usually eat quorn substitute meat but it would be dry eating it on it's own.

I am one week into the diet and so far its been great. I have no cravings, I get to eat foods that I chose and can eat as much as it takes me for, not some predetermined portion. I haven't weighed yet. I am going to wait until after the 11th day. But here are my stats and I will keep you posted. 27 y/o 5'9" 184 lbs. My goal is to get back around the mid 150's range. 153-156 or so. So next Friday, I will post my weight and how I feel.

I did this diet in August & Sept. 2005, I lost 40 pounds and have kept those off. It is SOOO worth the money! And as they say, it's truly idiot-proof. But, as with any diet, you have to really want it! This is not for the casual dieter - you MUST stick to their plan for the entire 11 days. As I told myself, you can do anything for 11 days if there's a 3-day break at the end. Again, the best diet I've found for fast, significant weight loss! I personally prefer another maintenance plan, but that's just me.

Well it is day eight on the FL4I and I have lost an astonishing 9 pds and I am amazed....This diet is not at all that restrictive unless you like sweets ..which I do but with all the water intake and being able to drink diet sodas I haven't had a problem. My 3rd - 11 day period. After the first 2 I was down a total of 14 pounds. It wasn't 9 pounds each time, but considering I've never had decent results on any diet - I'm thrilled with this.
