Lost 14 pounds in 2 cycles! My 3rd - 11 day period. After the first 2 I was down a total of 14 pounds. It wasn't 9 pounds each time, but considering I've never had decent results on any diet - I'm thrilled with this. This Thursday, 9/22, is the 11th day, so I will weigh in Friday morning. Easiet diet to follow -better than Atkins I wanted to lose 10 to 15lbs and thought about Atkins but the no fruit was a real turn off. I ended up trying this - this is only my 2nd day and i really like that it's easy to follow. |

Melted 15. 2 Lbs! Hi everyone. I am on my third set of 11 days, just completed my 3 cheat days yesterday. I am down 15.2 lbs. and just love the diet. I find it very easy to follow and in fact can stick to something like this where I am told what I have to eat every day, rather than make choices as you do at Weight Watchers. I am not hungry and I walk every day. I gave up drinking pop and eating potato chips which was what I was practically living on before! Jeanie |
